Establishment Media Sanitizing Ukraine’s Fascists

Junta showboated as Christian, democratic and principled
Kurt Nimmo

The establishment media is attempting to marginalize and expel Right Sector and Svoboda fascists from the Ukrainian junta in order to make it palatable now that the IMF, the United States and the European Union are ladling money and support on the nearly bankrupt country.

U.S. News & World Report, owned by billionaire and Obama speechwriter Mortimer Zuckerman, leads the charge. It dismisses as “Russian slander” reports highlighting the extreme nationalist political ideology prevalent within the junta that took control of the government in February.
Despite the junta’s well documented ugly side, U.S. News & World Report quotes William Miller, who served as the U.S. ambassador to Ukraine from 1993 to 1998. Following a return from Kyiv, where he met members of the ruling junta now portraying itself as a “transition government,” Miller painted a glowing portrait of the State Department orchestrated Euromaidan coup.

Who’s Who in Ukraine

Who’s Who in Ukraine’s New “Semi-fascist” Government:
Meet the People the U.S. and EU are Supporting
By Brian Becker
Ukraine-extreme-droite

The U.S. and European Union countries played a key role in the overthrow of the elected government in the Ukraine headed by Victor Yanukovych and the Party of Regions. Listening to the politicians in Washington or watching the corporate media, it would be easy to believe that the coup in the Ukraine has ushered in new era of democracy for the people of that country.

Nothing could be further from the truth. The new, self-appointed government in Kiev is a coalition between right-wing and outright fascist forces, and the line between the two is often difficult to discern. Moreover, it is the fascist forces, particularly the Svoboda party and the Right Sector, who are in the ascendancy, as evidenced by the fact that they have been given key government positions in charge of the military and other core elements of the state apparatus.

Dmytro Yarosh, Right Sector neo-Nazi commander who said “our revival begins with our Maidan,” is now second-in-command of the National Defense and Security Council (covering the military, police, courts and intelligence apparatus).
Andriy Parubiy, co-founder of the fascist Social National Party, which later changed its name to Svoboda. He is the new top commander of the National Defense and Security Council.
New Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk [left], a powerful right-wing banker, meets with neo-con John McCain. Pictured center is neo-Nazi Svoboda leader Oleh Tyahnybok, now one of the most powerful figures in the country.
Ihor Tenyukh, member of neo-Nazi Svoboda party, now Minister of Defense.
Oleksandr Sych, member of neo-Nazi Svoboda, is one of three Vice Prime Ministers.
Oleg Makhnitsky, member of neo-Nazi Svoboda, now Prosecutor-General (Attorney General), and has immediately set out to indict the leaders of Crimea who do not want to live under the new order in Kiev.

There are No Neo-Nazis in Ukraine

There are No Neo-Nazis in Ukraine. And the Obama Administration does not support Fascists
"We are putting our hopes in a new generation of politicians"

Svoboda is a Neo-Nazi Party, Ukraine’s fourth biggest party holding 36 seats out of 450 in parliament.
They’re also part of the Alliance of European National Movements along with the BNP and Jobbik.
Svoboda is supported directly by Washington.
This is Svoboda, the Neo-Nazi group that is doing the fighting in Ukraine.
Update February 24. The BBC headlines read: “We are putting our hopes in a new generation of politicians” amidst unconfirmed reports that an arrest warrant has been issued for the democratically  elected president.
Speaker of the Parliament Oleksandr Turchynov who allegedly issued the arrest warrant directed against President Viktor Yanukovych stated “We must move towards a national government by Tuesday”. That government, were it to be formed, would be integrated by Svoboda.
Scroll down to meet the “new generation of politicians” supported and financed by the Obama administration.
