PREGNANCY SIGNS?
Photos of Kate posing in high heels do not reveal any of the typical signs of water retention during advanced pregnancy such as facial fullness/puffiness or breast, ankle and feet swelling. She looks just as slender and comfortable in heels as non-pregnant Kate.
Pregnant women are advised by doctors never to wear high heels in the third trimester due to balance, back and swelling issues...so why is Kate wearing high heels and looking very unpregnant (besides the fake silicone bulge)?
