Woody Allen's adopted daughter Dylan Farrow has accused him of sexually assaulting her when she was just 7 years old.

Farrow, now 28, has claimed in a letter that the 78-year-old director had asked her to lie on her stomach and play with her brother's electric train and then sexually assaulted her, the New York Times reported.

She asserted that he talked to her while he did it, whispering that she was a good girl, that this was their secret, promising that they would go to Paris and she'd be a star in his movies.

After the assault, Farrow was unable to keep it a secret saying that the fact that he got away with what he did to her haunted her as she grew up, as she became terrified of being touched by men and resorted to cutting herself and also developed an eating disorder.

Farrow had recently claimed that when she heard of Allen receiving the Golden Globe Award she curled up in a ball on her bed, crying hysterically.
