AI and HRW disgracefully blamed Syria for what appear to be a CIA-orchestrated April 4 CW false flag, killing dozens, injuring many more.

The attack was carried out as a pretext for Trump’s aggression - planned before the incident occurred, readied to be launched in short order - an act of war against a sovereign state.

AI urged Security Council action to hold Assad responsible for Trump’s high crime, deplorably saying:

“Security Council members, and in particular Russia and China, have displayed callous disregard for human life in Syria by repeatedly failing to pass resolutions that would allow for punitive measures to be taken against those committing war crimes and other serious violations in Syria” - meaning Assad and government officials, even though they had nothing to do with what happened.

“The Security Council must immediately vote to investigate this attack and help bring those responsible to justice. Failure to do so would be catastrophic, risking further emboldening governments and armed groups in Syria to target civilians in war crimes with banned and conventional weapons alike,” AI added, wanting victims prosecuted for perpetrators’ criminality.

HRW’s remarks were just as bad, disgracefully accusing “government forces (of) carrying out chemical attacks (on a) regular” basis.

It lied, claiming “Syrian government helicopters dropp(ed) canisters filled with chlorine in dozens of cases,” citing no credible evidence. None exists.

Plenty indicts US-supported terrorists for attacking defenseless civilians with sarin, chlorine gas and other toxic agents - elements trained in their use by Pentagon contractors in Jordan and Turkey.

HRW criticized Russia and China for vetoing Security Council resolutions - instead of praising them for doing the right thing, blocking measures intending to justify Libyan-type aggression.

In March 2011, Obama launched war on Syria, using ISIS and other terrorist fighters as imperial foot soldiers - aided by US-led terror-bombing since 2014.

America and its rogue allies are aggressors, Syria, its government and people victims of imperial lawlessness - Trump continuing what his predecessor began.

Survival of the Syrian Arab Republic is up for grabs unless Russia, Iran, government forces, and supportive popular ones can save it.

Recommend International Criminal Court Investigation

Update: Israeli leader Benjamin Netanyahu has asked the U.S. for help in avoiding war crime charges.
Amnesty International just released a report stating:

An immediate investigation is needed into mounting evidence that the Israel Defense Forces launched apparently deliberate attacks against hospitals and health professionals in Gaza, which have left six medics dead, said Amnesty International as it released disturbing testimonies from doctors, nurses, and ambulance personnel working in the area.

“Even more alarming is the mounting evidence that the Israeli army has targeted health facilities or professionals. Such attacks are absolutely prohibited by international law and would amount to war crimes. They only add to the already compelling argument that the situation should be referred to the International Criminal Court.”

Human Rights Watch released a report this week headlined, “Gaza: Israeli Soldiers Shoot and Kill Fleeing Civilians“, stating:

Israeli forces in the southern Gaza town of Khuza’a fired on and killed civilians in apparent violation of the laws of war in several incidents between July 23 and 25, 2014. Deliberate attacks on civilians who are not participating in the fighting are war crimes.

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) reported that on July 25, a Red Crescent volunteer [the equivalent of the Red Cross] was mortally wounded in an Israeli attack in Khuza’a, and other volunteers who tried to rescue him were fired on. Under the laws of war, medical workers are civilians who may not be targeted for attack.

Human Rights Watch investigated several incidents between July 23 and 25 when, local residents said, Israeli forces opened fire on civilians trying to flee Khuza’a, but no Palestinian fighters were present at the time and no firefights were taking place.

“The horrors of war are bad enough for civilians even when all sides abide by the law,” [Human Rights Watch's Middle East and North Africa director] said. “But it’s abhorrent that Israeli forces are making matters even worse by so blatantly violating the laws of war designed to spare civilians.”

Last month, Human Rights Watch documented that the types of weapons used by the Israeli military prove that the killing of civilians was intentional.

A las agencias de prensa que difunden alegremente los últimos ataques contra Venezuela de José Miguel Vivanco, jefe ‘para las Américas’ de la organización norteamericana Human Right Watch (HRW), poco les importa los vinculos del individuo con la inteligencia norteamericana y las denuncias expresadas en contra de su absoluta falta de objetividad.

En un “alarmante” cable que demuestra claramente la orientación ideológica de su dirección parisina, la Agencia France Presse acaba de reportar (textualmente) que “la organización Human Rights Watch (HRW)

denunció violaciones de derechos humanos contra manifestantes opositores en Venezuela -incluyendo la tortura-, con el fin de castigar el disenso político, según un informe divulgado este lunes sobre las protestas, que dejaron 41 muertos".

Según el texto de AFP, HRW encontró "evidencias convincentes de graves violaciones de derechos humanos cometidas por miembros de las fuerzas de seguridad y funcionarios judiciales de Venezuela, en 45 casos que abarcan más de 150 víctimas”.

El reporte omite mencionar que José Miguel Vivanco, el “boss” de la “División de las Américas” tiene un pedigri que explica ampliamente su discurso constantemente hostil a Venezuela y al conjunto de los paises progresistas de América.

A Saudi court has sentenced a activist to seven years in prison and 600 lashes for violating the nation's anti-cybercrime law, Human Rights Watch reported Wednesday.

A Jeddah Criminal Court found Raif Badawi, who has been in prison since June 2012, guilty this week of insulting Islam through his website and in television comments.

Reported Saudi paralysis sentence 'outrageous,' rights group says

"This incredibly harsh sentence for a peaceful blogger makes a mockery of Saudi Arabia's claims that it supports reform and religious dialogue," said Nadim Houry, the deputy Middle East director at Human Rights Watch. "A man who wanted to discuss religion has already been locked up for a year and now faces 600 lashes and seven years in prison."

His lawyer, Waleed Abu al-Khair, told Human Rights Watch that Judge al-Harbi read the verdict Monday. The court is expected to send him a written notification by August 6. They'll have 30 days to appeal.
