Logic & Analysis
by Jon Rappoport

I have been a supporter of home schooling for many years. There is one overriding reason: the quality of the education can exceed, in many cases, what is offered in public or private schools.
There are, of course, other reasons. For example, parents who are dedicated to educating their own children will take part in a great adventure. Although the experience will present many challenges and struggles, the potential rewards are enormous on several levels.
With all this in mind, I offer an advanced Logic & Analysis course to home-schooling parents and to parents who provide extra tutoring after the regular school day.
These well-shaped courses will present vital material on the art and skill of LOGIC.
In most schools, the subject of logic has been lost. Therefore, the ability to analyze written and spoken material has faded into obscurity.
During my 30 years as a reporter, I’ve run into hundreds and hundreds of claims in which evidence has been lacking. I’m talking about vague, partial, and fragmentary evidence being accepted as complete.
To put it another way, people argue for a particular position, and in support of that position, they offer proof which isn’t really proof.
When you understand and can apply logic, you see through this false proof quickly.
Once upon a time, there were textbooks which listed 15 or 20 traditional logical fallacies, and

#AntiLogic: The #Education #Plague

In all times and places, logic is never taught to the masses. There is no intention to do so.
Now, in our “egalitarian society,” education carries with it great PR pretension, a fakery that outflanks any other period in history.
Therefore, graduating students wrongly believe they know how to think.
In my latest collection, Power Outside The Matrix, I include a long audio tutorial, Analyzing Information in the Age of Disinformation, which is all about carrying out deep investigations of major official scenarios/stories, and discovering how and where these official structures can be penetrated, taken apart, and unfolded, so all their flaws and deceptions are exposed.
This training is meant to remedy the deep hole people find themselves in, when they go up against entrenched (or even alternative) “knowledge.”
For example, there is a particular logical fallacy I call: “this means that.”
It runs rampant throughout society. The fallacy bleeds into the reasoning process, into notions of self-worth, into people’s need to identify themselves with an “acceptable” position.
Take the concept of manmade global warming. For many people, affirming this as a reality means:
“I’m defending the sacred quality of life on Earth, I’m helping the planet, I’m exposing the nasty crimes of big corporations, I’m acknowledging and shining a spotlight on the selfish and petty actions of the masses, I’m in the vanguard of recognizing that this issue represents the greatest threat humankind has ever known, I’m transcending ‘profits over values’, I’m envisioning with others a better world, I’m aligning myself with the best international scientific minds, I’m experiencing the

The #Odd #Paradox Of The ' #High #IQ ' #Liberal

MISEDUCATED LIBTARDS

How can the liberal Bill Gates be brilliant and stupid at the same time?

*************
The most obvious answer to the paradox of 'high IQ liberals' is that Universities, and even High Schools, have become infested with liberals/Marxists who miseducate their students. Though certainly true, the psychological roots of the mental disorder known as 'liberalism' run much deeper than these superficial intellectual causes.

During the formative years, children are praised for parroting back their ABC’s and 123’s. At an early age, the child’s delicate mind is already being conditioned to equate obedient regurgitation with praise, love, and self worth.
