Unable to move her arms and legs.

12-year-old Mia Blesky has been through a lot since last September. She’s been plagued by involuntary muscle spasms. She was reduced to crutches and eventually full-on paralysis. And now she’s the center of a controversial war against the Gardasil vaccine (HPV vaccine), the vaccine which her mom, Gini Blesky-De-Kok, claims caused all of this.

And finally, succumb to the illness, Mia is unable to move.

It was only hours after her school gave Mia the HPV vaccine that she became unable to walk properly. It took only weeks before she was unable to walk at all.

Gini, who has not left Mia’s side, said: “As a family it feels like we are living in a constant nightmare, I don’t know what to do.

“On that morning Mia told me ‘I can’t move my legs very well’, which was beyond frightening.

“Mia has not moved a single limb for 11 weeks now and apart from a couple of nights at home between hospital admissions she has been in hospital all this time.

“She is getting worse not better. I just want her home.”

Gini claims the hospital refused to relate the HPV vaccine to the injury. Instead, they claim she has’non organic functional disorder’ and prescribed physio.

“I don’t want her rotting away in a hospital bed, I want answers and so far nobody is giving me any.”

Mia can now only blink, speak and has regular body spasms. Some days these have been very frantic & others days they are much calmer.

Tonights post is directly from Mia to say thank you to everyone that has sent messages of support to her story since we went public with it last Monday.

Mia loves singing, even though she can actually only blink & speak she can still sing. She literally sings all day long! When she was in hospital she even had all the nurses doing karaoke! 

 She loves so many songs and couldn't choose just one to post tonight so she asked me to recorded a selection for you to enjoy. She's a is a huge Adele fan so she started with her favourite song by Adele then followed with some verses/choruses of some of her other favourite songs by some of her other favourite artists.

If you have a teenage girl in your family, chances are strong that their doctor has talked about the HPV (human papillomavirus) vaccine called Gardasil. There have been countless ads by the pharmaceutical company who manufactures it, urging parents to take their young women in for the series of shots. Doctors everywhere recommend and even try to insist on giving this HPV vaccination in addition to the many others that most children receive.
It’s purported to be a “miracle” drug that will protect girls against cervical cancer.
In 2007, Texas Governor Rick Perry received public backlash after mandating the HPV vaccine (Gardasil) by executive order. He later rescinded his mandate. California passed a law in 2012 allowing 12-year-olds to receive the vaccine without parental knowledge or consent.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and Merck (the company who produces Gardasil) all claim the HPV vaccination is safe for children as young as nine.
How can they possibly know? Gardasil was fast-tracked through the system meant to safeguard our health and wellbeing. It was approved and rushed to market (like many pharmaceutical drugs with horrific side effects) despite questionable results in regards to safety.
No independent studies have been done to determine if the vaccine itself causes cancer or what the long-term effects might be on those vaccinated.
As should have been expected, a shocking number of girls have had adverse reactions to receiving the HPV vaccination.

What is HPV?
Human papillomavirus is a common virus that most women are exposed to at some point in their lives. According to the American Cancer Society, the virus types that cause infection to the cervix are found on the body’s mucous membranes and are a result of sexual intercourse.
There are over 30 strains of HPV that can cause genital infections. The HPV vaccine supposedly protects against four strains and only two of those are known to be cancer-causing.
Problems from the actual virus are rare.
