Mind the Gap: The Violence of Pandemic Dashboards

It is vitally important that people of the world recognize how public health policy in many nations has been harnessed to global markets. Instead of serving those at risk of sickness and death, these policies of financialization are constructed to benefit social impact investors. Transnational global capital demands the creation of new investment products to circulate the holdings of billionaires and further concentrate their wealth. This program continues to advance even as poverty rates skyrocket under conditions of economic lockdown. Social impact finance is the centerpiece of this new era of "stakeholder capitalism," which was launched with great fanfare in Davos this January.

Data-driven "pay for success" deals are structured around the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). "Health" is goal number three. The World Bank has played a role in creating new investment products aligned to the UN SDGs. You can read more about the UN SDG financial apparatus here.

"Pay for success" finance is a performance-based contracting system that has been applied to a wide range of social issues ranging from pre-k, mental health and elder-care services to workforce training and supportive housing. It is clear to me that "pandemic preparedness" is being fitted out for pay for success profit-taking, too.

The "pay for success" finance model works as follows:

1. Identify a social problem. In this case the possibility of a pandemic.

2. Get an academic institution or think tank to cost out the problem as a negative externality. Remember, the more expensive the problem, the bigger the potential profit from preemptively "fixing" it.

3. Establish an equation that fixes a rate of return for "evidence-based" "solutions."

4. Select the type of data, the parameters, that determine "success" for the deal.

5. Set up infrastructure to track the data and provide "evidence" of success.

6. Identify partners – service provider, investors, and project oversight.

7. Deliver the services and collect the data.

8. After a third party determines if success metrics were met, performance payments are issued to investors (or not).

In 2018, the World Bank and the World Health Organization partnered on an initiative called the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board. Its task is to oversee member nations and identify pandemic preparedness "gaps." Gaps is a red flag for technocracy. Once a social problem is turned into data, it can be put onto a dashboard and twisted to serve the needs of global markets. The "gap" between the data as it currently is and that which is desirable allows public services and resources to be placed under the control of systems engineers, technocrats. This Is How We #Ban #GMOs In the #US

Will GMOs ever be banned? And if so, how will it happen? These are the questions that I am asked by thousands of concerned eaters on a routine basis. They are great questions, and ones that require a bit of explanation to truly ‘answer.’ As part of a new Q&A video series, I delve into the question and detail the factors that are required for Monsanto’s GMOs to hit the ‘ban’ list in the United States. 

In order to delve into the possibility of a full-fledged ‘ban’ on GMOs, of which biotech juggernaut owns 90% of the GMO seed market, we first need to establish a limit or ban on Monsanto’s Roundup — a glyphosate-based herbicide that we already know is linked to cancer. Even the World Health Organization has now joined us in declaring that Roundup is, in fact, generating disease through the contamination of the water supply and general use. 

Already, other countries and international retailers have begun limiting the sale of Roundup amid the reports. One of the most recent and most notable bans was just announced by the French government, which has banned the weedkiller from its garden centers. As The Independent tells us: 

“France has announced a ban on over the counter sales of a brand of weedkiller from garden centres after the active ingredient was classified as “probably carcinogenic to humans” by the UN.

The UN’s International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classified glyphosate in March as “probably carcinogenic to humans,” and is the active ingredient in Roundup.”

Truly, the precedent has now been set. Now, if we can take this action inside the borders of the United States, we can set a precedent. A precedent that Monsanto’s creations are in fact inflicting disease upon the public. Then, we go further, and prove that the company knew of these effects before or during the sale of Roundup. Then, we have something to really help make way for the ban of Monsanto’s GMO seeds. 

Because if we can show that Monsanto has no problem launching a product that has been linked to cancer by an independent scientific agency, then we can demonstrate that its GMOs and other products should certainly not be trusted. Then, maybe the USDA won’t be able to give them special ‘speedy approval’ and dismiss its safety testing.

Bill and Melinda Gates have been on a crusade for at least the past decade to vaccinate every single child on the planet. And one of their primary geographical targets has been the continent of Africa, where poor sanitations and lack of clean water have created conditions in which diseases like meningitis and malaria run rampant. But rather than try to meet these basic needs, the multi-billionaires and their many allies have instead thrust vaccines on indigenous populations as the solution, which has in turn sparked a wave of paralysis among Africa’s younger populations.

As covered by investigative journalist Christina England over at Vactruth.com, the small village of Gouro in northern Chad, for instance, recently fell victim to the dark side of this vaccine agenda after at least 50 youth in the area developed paralysis following vaccination with “MenAfriVac,” a new meningitis vaccine developed specifically for Africa. Touted as a preventive cure for meningitis, MenAfriVac reportedly caused each of the children, some of whom were as young as seven, to suffer hallucinations, convulsions, and ultimately paralysis.

According to a cousin of two of the vaccine-injured children, the horrific side effects of MenAfriVac began to appear within 24 hours of its administration. Many of the children affected by it immediately began to experience headaches and vomiting, which later progressed into “uncontrollable convulsions while bent over with saliva coming from their mouths.” But when parents and local authorities tried to call on higher-up government officials to take action and help the affected children, their petitions for relief were all but ignored.

Government of Chad attempts to bribe parents into silence

This same cousin, who is referred to by England as “Mr. M.,” added that when Chad’s Minister of Health and Minister of Social Security finally showed up to Gouro nearly a week after the series of paralyzations first took place, they decided to evacuate the 50 paralyzed children to a hospital more than 300 miles away, as there is only one available doctor in the entire region of Gouro.

But rather than try to get to the bottom of why MenAfriVac caused such a serious reaction in the first place, and immediately halt all further distribution of the vaccine until this could be determined, these same government officials actually tried to bribe suffering parents with money to keep quiet about it. According to Mr. M., these officials were more concerned with covering up the dangers of ManAfriVac than with protecting villagers from harm.

“[T]he government and the media have gone silent about the tragedy, while there are still facts requiring clarification,” stated Mr. M. in an email to England about the incident. At this point in time, virtually no media has picked up on this important story. “All this disturbs us and makes us fear the worst effects for the future. [I]t is very sad that (the) entire city is paralyzed.”

Gates Foundation, WHO lie about safety of MenAfriVac

Worse is the fact that the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the World Health Organization (WHO), and The Meningitis Vaccine Project (MVP), all of which heavily promote MenAfriVac, have openly lied about the safety of the vaccine by repeatedly claiming it can be transported without refrigeration. The vaccine’s package insert clearly states that it must be stored refrigerated and protected from light.

“Why have major organizations spent $571 million on a vaccination project, when wells to provide access to clean drinking water have been constructed for less than $3,000 by the International Committee of the Red Cross?” asks England in a series of important questions regarding this disastrous situation. “Why has this vaccination program not been suspended, (and) what are these organizations going to do about the atrocity that has happened in Gouro?”
