On September 23, 2025, House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan announced on X in a post that has garnered nearly 10m views that Google has formally admitted in writing that the Biden Administration pressured them to censor lawful political speech on YouTube — a revelation Alphabet itself has now called “unacceptable and wrong.”
This admission confirms what those of us labeled the “Disinformation Dozen” have argued for years: the censorship campaign was never about public health or misinformation — it was about control.
Attached was Google’s (Alphabet) formal letter to the Committee: You can read the stunning admission here
For the first time, Alphabet — the parent company of Google and YouTube — has admitted in writing that the Biden Administration pressured them to suppress political speech, even when it did not violate their rules, and that this pressure was “unacceptable and wrong.”
This admission is not just an oversight win. It is evidence. It is vindication. And it is fuel for our federal civil rights lawsuit against CCDH, complicit U.S. officials, and Big Tech.
The Susan Wojcicki Moment: Mass Formation on Display
This truth was foreshadowed years earlier by Susan Wojcicki, then CEO of YouTube, who openly bragged about removing “over a million videos associated with Covid” while celebrating her collaboration with President Biden, Anthony Fauci, and other officials.
The most chilling moment wasn’t her admission of mass removals — it was the question posed to her by a reporter:
“I wonder if there’s anything you see in the way that anti-vaxxers behave on the platform — if there are any data or insights that could be helpful to people understanding where they’re coming from?”
Instead of engaging with science, data, or open debate, dissidents were pathologized and psychoanalyzed. This clip encapsulates the mass formation psychosis that gripped global institutions: critics were not to be listened to, but rather treated as subjects of suspicion.

What Alphabet Admitted
Alphabet’s September 23rd letter to Chairman Jim Jordan is filled with stunning revelations. Among them:
“It is unacceptable and wrong when any government, including the Biden Administration, attempts to dictate how the Company moderates content.”
“Senior Biden Administration officials, including White House officials, conducted repeated and sustained outreach to Alphabet and pressed the Company regarding certain user-generated content related to the COVID-19 pandemic that did not violate its policies.” This is analogous to Facebook knowingly deplatforming the ‘disinformation dozen’ when they knew we were not guilty as accused. Former CIA employee and Meta executive Aaron Berman admits to this below.
“As online platforms, including Alphabet, grappled with these decisions, the Administration’s officials, including President Biden, created a political atmosphere that sought to influence the actions of platforms based on their concerns regarding misinformation.”
“Transparency regarding government interactions with private platforms is essential for fostering public trust and upholding principles of free expression.”
And a warning: “The [EU’s Digital Services Act] may pose freedom of expression risks within and outside of the European Union… requiring companies to remove lawful content.”
These are not our words. These are Alphabet’s.
The Censorship-Industrial Complex
The revelation from Alphabet is not isolated. It sits atop a mountain of evidence that Congress itself has described as the “censorship-industrial complex.”
Internal emails show how:
Facebook employees admitted they were pressured by the White House to censor lab-leak discussions.
YouTube shared draft censorship policies with the Biden Administration for feedback before finalizing them.
Amazon modified its bookstore policies to suppress disfavored COVID-related content.
Senior officials including Andy Slavitt and Rob Flaherty harangued platforms to target the so-called Disinformation Dozen — despite Facebook staff acknowledging there was little evidence behind CCDH’s claims
What emerges is clear: Big Tech did not act independently; it functioned as an extension of partisan government power.
WHO and the Globalization of Censorship
Even beyond U.S. borders, the censorship regime metastasized. In 2023, YouTube adopted the World Health Organization’s “medical misinformation” policy, effectively outsourcing its editorial line to unelected global health bureaucrats and their deeply entrenched pharmaceutical industry sponsors.
This policy mandated:
Removal of content contradicting WHO or “local health authority” guidance — even when those authorities shifted positions.
Bans on discussions of vaccine side effects outside of narrow, officially approved narratives.
Erasure of alternative cancer therapies and preventive health information.
I warned, along with experts like Dr. Kat Lindley and Dr. Peter McCullough that such measures “violate civil rights,” “erode trust,” and represent a one-size-fits-all, pharma-friendly medical model.
By codifying censorship into platform policy, YouTube guaranteed that only drug-based, state-aligned medicine would dominate the digital square, while suppressing the ancestral, integrative, and natural models of healing.
Why This Is Our Fight
When CCDH smeared us as the “Disinformation Dozen,” they weren’t just targeting twelve individuals. They were laying the groundwork for the wholesale silencing of millions of Americans.
We were the test case.
We were the warning shot.
If they could erase us, they could erase anyone.

And they did. Voices across the political spectrum — journalists, doctors, parents, and everyday citizens — were throttled, shadow-banned, and deplatformed. Not because they violated rules, but because they questioned power.
Alphabet’s confession proves it: this was never about misinformation. It was about control.
Why the Lawsuit Matters
That is why we are pressing forward with our federal civil rights lawsuit in Florida.
We charge that CCDH, U.S. officials, and Big Tech conspired to suppress protected speech. Alphabet’s letter is a powerful piece of evidence that the censorship campaign was unlawful and coordinated.
This case is not just about the Disinformation Dozen reclaiming our names. It is about restoring the First Amendment for every American.

The Road Ahead
We are up against massive adversity:
Big Tech corporations with limitless legal war chests.
Foreign NGOs exporting censorship into U.S. policy.
A media establishment still invested in defending the false narrative they helped spread.
But we also have something stronger: truth, evidence, and the Constitution on our side.
Join the Fight
Alphabet’s admission is a milestone. But it is not the finish line.
The lawsuit is where accountability will be won.
The lawsuit is how justice will be secured.
The lawsuit is how we ensure no American is ever erased again for their beliefs.
This is our fight — not only the Disinformation Dozen’s, but yours too. Because when free speech is violated for one, it is violated for all.
