The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has donated more than $21 million towards developing a vaccine technology that uses a tattoo-like mechanism which injects invisible nanoparticles under the skin that is now being tested in a vaccine against the virus that causes COVID-19. 

The microneedle technology is also being wed to injectable technology, funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, which embeds under the skin a vaccination record visible by near infrared light that can be read by smartphone technology. 

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is funding the technologies with aims to enable them in “house-to-house” vaccine campaigns undertaken by people with “minimal training.” 

Researchers from the University of Pittsburgh reported in their study published April 1 in EBiomedicine, a Lancet Journal, that their microneedle patch vaccine against the SARS CoV-2 virus that causes COVID-19 “prompted robust antibody production in the mice within two weeks.” 

The patches resemble a spiky piece of Velcro, with hundreds of tiny microneedles made of sugar. Bill Gates plans to rule the world. Acting under the guise of “philanthropy,” Gates and wife Melinda have used their Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation as a conduit for vaccines and female sterilization.

Bill Gates, who recently said he’d be willing to work with Trump, also stated that a DNA vaccine is right around the corner.

According to Fox News,

Microsoft Co-founder Bill Gates, who is also the richest man in the world with a net worth of $75 billion per Forbes, is excited to work with another billionaire Donald Trump, and his new administration.

“I don’t have a crystal ball,” he told the FOX Business Network’s Maria Bartiromo. “But we have the opportunity to talk about U.S. leadership.”

Especially when it comes to the U.S. government’s support of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization he said.

“How we continue that type of outreach and how it helps our security that we are helping those countries to be healthy and be stable,” he said. “There will be some great conversations and be some ideas about new investments that can be made.”

The Gates Foundation recently joined a new $460 million global coalition to prevent epidemics. He said the focus will be on rapidly developing vaccines.

“The good news is,” he said “science has these RNA, DNA-type vaccines that you might literally in a period of months be able to create something new instead of the many years that it takes now.”

One has to wonder if Gate’s decency regarding Trump is just a savvy play to make sure he is able to continue is progressive, globalist agendas. Unlike many other globalists, such as George Soros, Gates is likely playing the better, stronger hand. Trump has noted his disdain for mass vaccinations and Gates has not been conflictive over the matter. He has to reasonably assert that Robert F. Kennedy’s appointment to the Vaccine Safety Commission isn’t good for Gate’s agenda. However, his reluctance to spout off is a testament to his patience when it comes to owning the world.

In 2009 the self-designated “Good Club” – a gathering of the world’s wealthiest people whose collective net worth then totaled some $125 billion – met behind closed doors in New York City to discuss a coordinated response to threats posed by the global financial crisis. Led by Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, and David Rockefeller, the group resolved to find new ways of addressing sources of discontent in the developing world, in particular “overpopulation” and infectious diseases.² The billionaires in attendance committed to massive spending in areas of interest to themselves, heedless of the priorities of national governments and existing aid organizations.³

Details of the secret summit were leaked to the press and hailed as a turning point for Big Philanthropy. Traditional bureaucratic foundations like Ford, Rockefeller, and Carnegie were said to be giving way to “philanthrocapitalism,” a muscular new approach to charity in which the presumed entrepreneurial skills of billionaires would be applied directly to the world’s most pressing challenges:

Today’s philanthrocapitalists see a world full of big problems that they, and perhaps only they, can and must put right.  … Their philanthropy is “strategic,” “market conscious,” “impact oriented,” “knowledge based,” often “high engagement,” and always driven by the goal of maximizing the “leverage” of the donor’s money. … [P]hilanthrocapitalists are increasingly trying to find ways of harnessing the profit motive to achieve social good.⁴

Wielding “huge power that could reshape nations according to their will,”⁵ billionaire donors would now openly embrace not only the market-based theory, but also the practices and organizational norms, of corporate capitalism. Yet the overall thrust of their charitable interventions would remain consistent with longstanding traditions of Big Philanthropy, as discussed below:

Condoms are recognized and used by an estimated 750 million people across the world and reduce both unwanted pregnancy and the spread of sexually-transmitted infections. However, unlike most other technologies, they haven't changed much in the last half-century. So isn't it about time for something new?

Yes, says the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, which is offering $100,000 of initial funding with up to $1 million of possible continued funding to whoever designs the "next generation of condoms." What might such a futuristic prophylactic look like?

So a "next-generation" condom would, perhaps, find some way to increase sensation as to get men to wear them more often — purely in the name of global health, of course.

Female condoms, meanwhile, "suffer from some of the same liabilities as male condoms, require proper insertion training and are substantially more expensive than their male counterparts," says the Foundation. So a cheaper, simpler female condom might also help reduce the number of unwanted pregnancies and spread of STIs, including HIV/AIDS.

Got an idea for building a better condom? Proposals sent to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation must have a "testable hypothesis, include an associated plan for how the idea would be tested or validated and yield interpretable and unambiguous data" to receive continued funding toward development. Ideas that prove too expensive for widespread use in the developing world, or those that don't do the job of preventing pregnancy or disease transmission will be dismissed right off the bat.

The next-generation condom challenge is part of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation's "Grand Challenges Explorations," a continuing initiative to fund programs geared toward improving the lot of the world's poorest citizens.

"To overcome persistent health and development problems, we need new, game-changing ideas," said Chris Wilson, Director of Global Health Discovery & Translational Science at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, in a statement. "Inspiration can come from anywhere and we are hopeful that this new round of Grand Challenges Explorations will uncover innovative approaches to improve lives around the world."
